What we do

Ledgerlane Financial is a free matching service. You answer a few questions, and we share your request with one or more companies that offer the kind of help you asked about, such as a debt relief company, a mortgage lender or broker, or an insurance provider. The companies that can receive your request are listed on our Partners page (ledgerlanefinancial.com/partners).

Ledgerlane Financial is not a lender, loan broker or loan servicer. We don't make loans or credit decisions, we don't offer debt relief services ourselves, and we don't give financial, legal or tax advice. Anything on this site is general information.

Our service is free to you. We may be paid by the partners we match you with. That payment does not change what you pay a partner.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the site and submit your information.

You must only submit information about yourself. Don't enter someone else's name, email or phone number.

No guarantee of offers or results

Submitting the quiz does not mean you will be approved for anything, get a particular rate, or be offered a program. Partners decide for themselves whether to work with you and on what terms, and some services may not be available in your state.

Any results or estimates we show are based on the answers you give and are not an offer. We may not be able to match you with anyone.

Calls and text messages

If you enter your phone number and agree, you give Ledgerlane Financial and the partners listed for your service on our Partners page (ledgerlanefinancial.com/partners) permission to call and text you at that number about your request. These calls and texts may use automated technology, including autodialed calls and texts and prerecorded or artificial voices, such as an AI voice agent.

Your consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can use the quiz without giving a phone number.

Message and data rates may apply. How often we message you depends on your request.

You can stop calls and texts at any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell the person or agent on any call, or email [email protected]. You can also opt out in any other reasonable way. We will stop contacting you within a reasonable time, and no later than 10 business days. Opting out with us does not opt you out with a partner that already has your information; contact that partner directly too.

If you give us a phone number, you confirm it is yours or that you are its regular user. If you change or give up that number, please tell us.

Your information must be accurate

Please give true, current and complete answers. Partners rely on what you tell us. If your information is wrong, you may be matched with the wrong service or contacted by mistake.

Our partners

Partners are independent companies. They are not owned or controlled by Ledgerlane Financial. When you deal with a partner, its own terms, privacy policy, fees and disclosures apply, and you should read them before you agree to anything.

We are not responsible for a partner's products, services, advice, fees or conduct. Any agreement you make with a partner is between you and that partner.

Our content

The site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, the Ledgerlane Financial name and the quiz, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes submitting fake or automated entries, trying to break or overload the site, or using it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that any information on it is complete or up to date.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LEDGERLANE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR SAVINGS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PARTNER'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100.

Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law and the laws of the state where you live.

Please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed with an email to support. If we can't resolve a dispute within 60 days, you and we agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. This includes disputes about calls and texts. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.

You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, class arbitration or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will go to court and not to arbitration.

You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms by emailing [email protected] with your name, the email you used and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.

Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in a court with jurisdiction where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Changes apply from that date. They don't change the consent you gave when you submitted the quiz, which is governed by the version in effect at that time.
